說明：

一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 111 年 1 月 28 日臺教國署國字第 1110010939 號函辦理。

二、本次宣導重點，配合十二年國民基本教育實施進程，透過入學方案、適性入學及適性輔導等重要工作要項之說明使家長清楚明瞭十二年國民基本教育之六大目標及入學制度。

三、宣導對象為本市小六及國中學生家長、學校教職員。

四、宣導場次時間地點：

    (一)  9 月 22 日(四)   18:30-21:00 金城國中 三樓視聽教室
    (二) 10 月 1 日(六)   09:00-11:30 永康國中 四樓會議室 
    (三) 10 月 8 日(六)   09:00-11:30 新市國中 育樂堂（禮堂）

    (四) 10 月 14 日(五)  18:30-21:00 南新國中 四樓視聽教室

    (五) 10 月 15 日(六)  09:00-11:30 佳里國中 四樓會議室
